2025/8/5：The house is really clean and modern ! The kitchen is so well equipped and the sharing of basic commodities like spices or salt makes it really convenient: you don’t have to buy basic commodities when you arrive. The people are really nice although we are often busy with our life. I loved spending time with them baking or talking in the common room. I loved the fact that I could invite my female friend over several times. The landlord is really nice and available, it is very easy to communicate with her and she accedes to our needs! （NM：女性 大学留学生/おススメ）

2024/1/31：I had a great time in the Jodoji house as an exchange student. The atmosphere among residents was always very positive and friendly. The House and Room have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with the landlord was always effective, even when giving constructive feedback. 2023/2/17：I had a very good time staying at this ideal place in Kyoto. The house is located in a very quiet yet convenient place, with access to public transportation and a beautiful neighbourhood. The house itself is cozy, well-decorated and almost has everything I needed.
