敷金は、退去日から、お部屋の損傷・残留物を確認後1か月後にお支払いいたします。
The deposit will be paid one month after the moving-out confirming damage and/or residue.
敷地内に残留物がないことにご注意ください。1律1万円の廃棄料が発生してしまいます。ハウスメイトに譲りたいものがあれば、退去前に所有者を決めてくださいね。
Please confirm no residue on the site. Otherwise, A disposal fee of JPY10,000 will be charged. If you have something to give for housemates, please decide the owner before moving out.
